Weber Clark today announced a partnership with the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department to provide lactation services and support for working mothers as part of Women’s Workplace Wellness Initiative.
Through the initiative, Weber Clark has implemented a policy to support a lactation program at Weber Clark, set-up a “Mother’s Room” complete with furniture, for nursing mothers to express milk and stored during the work day, and have had employees engage in one-on-one wellness coaching sessions with a certified Health Educator from the Lucas County Health Department.
Weber Clark employees attended Pursuing Inspiration presented by the Women’s Initiative of United Way with Keynote Presenter, Carla Harris, Vice Chairman of Wealth Management and Senior Client Advisor at Morgan Stanley.
Accounting Career Day included about 100 students from high schools throughout northern Ohio where they learn about career opportunities in accounting, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the steps to take in their education to become a CPA.
The EPIC Toledo Leadership Summit welcomed members of the Weber Clark Team, Katie Moline (EPIC Chair), Charles Mira, and Tyler Harp, to enjoy a full day of professional development, community building and networking last Friday.
Today, Weber Clark employees joined multiple community organizations at the United Way of Greater Toledo for the United & Thankful event, packing over 3,000 holiday meal kits for children with Connecting Kids to Meals.
